Submission to GCF
The finalized budget is submitted to the Great Commission Foundation (GCF) in Abbotsford, BC, who partner with us to provide financial oversight and donor receipting.
Donations Received
Donors give through the GCF platform to support Hope for Kids Haiti (RCM). GCF receipts all Canadian donations.
Expenses Accounted For
Yves submits expense receipts directly to GCF for review and approval.
Funds Reimbursed
GCF reimburses approved expenses from the funds raised.
Secure Transfer to Haiti
Funds are wired to a dedicated ministry bank account in Haiti, used only for Hope for Kids Haiti (RCM) programs.
Government Compliance
GCF fulfills all CRA obligations to maintain charitable status for Hope for Kids Haiti in Canada. GCF retains 10% for administrative services; 90% goes directly to ministry work.
